Gut waschen!<br \/>\n2 Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und grob w\u00fcrfeln.<br \/>\n\u00d6l erhitzen, Zwiebeln darin 2 Min. anbraten.<br \/>\nMangoldstiele zugeben und 2 Min. and\u00fcnsten,<br \/>\nMangoldbl\u00e4tter zuf\u00fcgen und 1 Min. mitd\u00fcnsten.<br \/>\nIn ein Sieb abgie\u00dfen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Eier, 2 EL Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Rosinen mit Sud verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nMit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat und Zimt w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nMangold untermischen. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Nudel-Topping<\/strong><br \/>\n200g Bandnudel halb garkochen<br \/>\nEine Gratinform einfetten, mit einigen Br\u00f6seln bestreuen.<br \/>\nMangoldmischung einf\u00fcllen. Mit Pinienkernen bestreuen.
