Kr\u00e4uter<br \/>\nLauchwiebeln<br \/>\nZur Abwechslung geht das auch z.B. mit Kirschtomaten, rote Zwiebel oder Zucchini, Pilze, Oliven&#8230; etwas Phantasie bitte!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nBackofen auf 250\u00b0 vorheizen!<\/p>\n<p>250g Dinkelmehl, 100 ml Wasser, 1 geh\u00e4ufter TL Salz und 2 TL Oliven\u00f6l zu einem Teig verkneten und d\u00fcn ausrollen.<br \/>\nSchmand mit Salz, Pfeffer und getr. Kr\u00e4utern vermengen und auf den Teig streichen.<br \/>\nDiesen dann mit Lauchzwiebeln, Paprika und Speck belegen.
