Marzipanm\u00f6hrchen od. Smarties<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Teig<\/strong><br \/>\nDen Zwiebacke mit einem Nudelholz zerdr\u00fccken, mit 25g Mehl, dem Backpulver, Mandeln vermischen.<br \/>\n6-8 Eigelb mit 150g Zucker, dem Vanillinzucker, einer Prise Salz, 1TL Zimt und 3 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffeln Kirschwasser schaumig r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDas Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen, dann 50g Puderzucker etwa 2 min. kr\u00e4ftig unterschlagen.<br \/>\nDie M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len, waschen, sehr fein raffeln und mit der Eigelbmasse verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDen steifen Eischnee und die Nu\u00dfmischung dazugeben und mit dem Schneebesen locker aber gr\u00fcndlich vermengen. Der Teig ist relativ fl\u00fcssig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Backen<\/strong> (60 min)<br \/>\nEine Springform (\u00d8 26 cm) gr\u00fcndlich fetten und den Teig einf\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nDie Torte bei 170 \u00b0C (vorgeheizter Ofen) in mittlerer H\u00f6he 60 min. backen. Nach 10-15min st\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Und wers mag: Zuckerglasur<\/strong><br \/>\nNach dem Erkalten mit einem Gu\u00df aus 200 g Puderzucker, Kirschwasser und Zitronensaft \u00fcberziehen.<br \/>\nNach Belieben mit Marzipanm\u00f6hrchen belegen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zutaten 250g Karotten 25g Mehl 3 Zwieback (alternativ +75g Mehl) 300g gemahlene Mandeln (ggf.
